Introduction
So friends, welcome to another fresh indian bodybuilding update blog
In today’s blog, we are going to talk about the latest updates of some top Indian IFBB Pro athletes—where we will look at their current physique progress, upcoming competition prep.
From Amit Agre’s latest transformation to Bhuwan Chauhan’s 2026 season prep, and the progress of rising athlete Chaitanya Prabhu—we are going to cover everything in this blog.
Ifbb Pro Amit Agre Impressive Mid Section
So friends, our very first update is coming from Amit Agre.
On his Instagram, we got to see a video—but that video was not posted by Amit Agre himself; it was posted by coach Cutz.
If you don’t know Cutz, let me tell you that he is a well-known coach who preps international Men’s Physique athletes for competitions and is quite famous in the Men’s Physique community.
He shared Amit Agre’s video and captioned it: “Fasted check-in from IFBB Pro Amit Agre—almost game time.”
As we already mentioned in previous updates, Amit Agre is going to compete very soon, although the exact competition has not yet been confirmed by him.
Now the big question here is—has Amit Agre changed his coach? Earlier, his coach was Shredded Krishna, who helped him earn his pro card and even qualify for the Olympia.
So has Amit Agre left his previous coach and started prepping with Cutz?
Interestingly, in the same video posted by Cutz, Shredded Krishna also commented “Crazy improvement.”
So personally, I don’t think they have separated.
It’s possible that since Amit Agre is going to compete internationally, he might be working with Cutz for his prep abroad—just like IFBB Pro Anik Ghosh did when he competed overseas, where he had a different coach internationally while still having his Indian coach.

Similarly, in Amit Agre’s case, it seems like Cutz could be his international prep coach, while Shredded Krishna remains his coach in India.
Now talking about Amit Agre’s physique in this update—his midsection looks significantly improved and much tighter.
You might remember that when he won the Delhi Pro show last year, he received quite a bit of criticism because his midsection looked bulky and protruding during that show.
But in this latest update, there is a clear improvement in his midsection.
Proportion-wise, his body looks very impressive from the front, and many pro athletes have also praised this transformation after seeing his recent update.
Ifbb Pro Bhuwan Chauhan Start His Prep For Delhi Pro Show
So friends, let’s move on to our next update, which is coming from Ifbb pro Bhuwan Chauhan.
From his side, this update is that his prep has already started. He mentioned in his Instagram post that “Being back in Canada means only one thing—prep has begun.”
Bhuwan Chauhan is aiming to bring his best physique in the 2026 competition season.
He shared one of his physique updates from last year and mentioned that it was a 3 weeks out update from his 2025 competition season.
Now, he is saying that this year, he will achieve the same condition even at 8 weeks out.
So, there is a strong possibility that this year we might see the best conditioning from Bhuwan Chauhan.
This time, he is preparing much better compared to last time.
Honestly, friends, looking at his last year’s competition season, I personally feel that his Texas Pro show physique was one of his best showings, and it seemed like he was not judged properly there—otherwise, he could have achieved a better placing.
So this time, Bhuwan Chauhan is targeting to bring his best package. Now it will be interesting to see how much more he improves.
There were also some rumors about whether he would compete in Classic Physique, to which Bhuwan Chauhan responded that yes, he does have plans to compete in Classic Physique as well.
However, for that, he will need to bring his upper body to the same level as his lower body.
Because friends, Bhuwan Chauhan’s legs are very strong and well-developed according to Men’s Physique standards, which is why many people want to see him compete in the Classic Physique division.
But for that, he will need to match his upper body with his lower body. Also, friends, he has confirmed that he will compete in the Delhi Pro show.
Ifbb Pro Chaitanya Prabhu Current Physique Update
So friends, our next update is coming from Ifbb pro Chaitanya Prabhu, and he has been sharing a lot of physique-related updates on his Instagram page.
Recently, he shared a post where he wrote in the caption: “This is what we have achieved working out for the last 7 months.”

This means it shows his progress over the last 7 months, during which he focused on bulking and adding size.
After that, he also mentioned: “Right now I am standing at 121 kg with 182 cm height.” So currently, he is around 6 feet tall and weighs 121 kg.
He further wrote: “I need 3 more years of consistent work to achieve the physique I dreamt about.”
This means that according to Chaitanya Prabhu, he still needs around 3 more years to achieve his dream physique in open bodybuilding.
Friends, everyone knows that building muscle takes time, and for open bodybuilding-level muscle mass, it requires complete dedication and hard work.
At this stage, Chaitanya Prabhu’s physique already looks very impressive. His quads appear highly dominant, and in his lower body, you can clearly see size, detail, and separation.
However, he still needs some time to bring his upper body to the same level as his lower body. That said, his chest looks very good, and he is carrying a significant amount of muscle mass there.
Many people in the comments are even saying that he is the future of Men’s Open Bodybuilding. So friends, these were some updates from IFBB Pro Chaitanya Prabhu.
Yatinder Singh Emotional Breakdown
So friends, let’s move towards our final and last update, which is coming from Yatinder Singh.
He is a well-known Indian bodybuilder, and recently he shared an update—but this was not a normal update.
He uploaded a 30-minute video on YouTube in which he talked about his mental health and also showed his current physique.
This is quite an unusual update, and very few bodybuilders share such personal things. In this update, Yatinder Singh openly talked about the mental issues he has been facing after his retirement.
If you don’t know, let me tell you that in 2025, he competed in his last show and then retired from competitive bodybuilding.
In the video, he mentioned that he has achieved a lot in bodybuilding and has won many titles like Mr. India, Mr. World, and several others.
Yatinder Singh has had a very successful career—he owns his own gym, has his own supplement brand, is a massive bodybuilding influencer, and has a lot of fame in the industry.
But even after achieving all this, he said that he feels unmotivated from the inside after his retirement.
He also shared that his current physique is around 25% body fat and his weight is about 87 kg.
Despite everything, in this video, Yatinder Singh shows his emotional side. At one time, he was a completely shredded bodybuilder, but now in this update, he looks quite out of shape.
He also appears very unmotivated and mentioned that he is fighting a mental battle with himself every day.
This is something that can be seen in many bodybuilders—those who were once at their peak, and after retirement, they sometimes face an identity crisis.

Because they spent their entire life working hard and competing in bodybuilding, once their career ends, they start questioning their purpose in life.
That’s why many bodybuilders set up businesses and keep themselves busy so they don’t have to face such issues.
But friends, I am neither an expert nor can I fully understand Yatinder Singh’s situation.
However, we should all stay united, maintain a positive environment, and I pray that whatever struggles he is going through, he overcomes them and gets better soon.
Conclusion
So friends, in today’s blog we covered many important bodybuilding updates—from Amit Agre’s impressive improvement to Bhuwan Chauhan’s serious 2026 prep.
And Chaitanya Prabhu’s progress with a long-term vision—everything was very interesting to see.
At the same time, Yatinder Singh’s update gave us a different perspective—that bodybuilding is not just a physical game, but mental strength is equally important.
The coming weeks and months are going to be very exciting because many Indian athletes will be stepping on stage with their best package.
What is your opinion on all these updates? Which athlete do you think can make the strongest comeback or bring the best physique this year?
