Ifbb Pro Narendra Yadav Current Physique Updates, Bhuwan Chauhan Confirm His Next Show, Imran Khan Comeback

Introduction

Welcome friends to today’s blog. Today, we have brought a lot of updates for you from the world of Indian bodybuilding.

Now, the biggest upcoming show in Indian bodybuilding is going to be the Delhi Pro Show, and we are going to talk about that.

Along with that, we will also discuss the latest updates coming from different bodybuilders.

And friends, in today’s blog, most of the updates will be about comebacks from bodybuilders. So, let’s begin today’s blog.

Ifbb Pro Narendra Yadav Current Physique Updates

So friends, our first update is coming from IFBB Pro Narendra Yadav. Friends, Narendra Yadav will compete in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding category.

His coach, Krishna, has shared a particular update, and in that post, he mentions that Narendra Yadav is now 43 years old. In the same post, his coach also states that this is going to be his current physique.

And the recent physique that we are seeing of Narendra Yadav clearly suggests that he might compete very soon.

At this point, his body is getting tighter and moving into proper conditioning, which indicates that he may be planning to step on stage in the near future.

Also, it has been almost 2 years since Narendra Yadav became a pro athlete. He won his pro card at the Mumbai Pro Show in 2024, and since then, he has not competed in any pro show.

Recently, we also saw a small update from IFBB Pro Sunit Jadhav. In one of his videos, he mentioned that he is planning to compete.

If the 212 division returns at the Delhi Pro Show, then he will compete there; otherwise, he already has plans to compete at the Dubai Pro Show.

So here, we can imagine one interesting scenario—Sunit Jadhav vs Narendra Yadav, both competing on the same stage.

Although neither of them has officially confirmed this yet, if it happens, it will definitely make the show very exciting to watch.

Ifbb Pro Amit Agre Physique Updates

So friends, our next update is coming from Amit Agre. As we were already talking about comebacks and competitions, it looks like Amit Agre is also going to compete very soon.

Right now, there is no official confirmation about where he will compete, but we can assume that he might be preparing for either one show or multiple shows.

The reason is that his physique already looks stage-ready.

In this update, we can see him showcasing his mid-back, and in several other updates, he has also shown his quads.

It seems like he is working on adding more size to his quads so that he can properly balance his upper and lower body proportions.

Friends, last year IFBB Pro Anik Ghosh surprised everyone by competing in multiple international shows.

Not only did he compete, but he also secured very good placings and even dominated some of those competitions.

Now, Amit Agre will definitely try to reach that level—or even go beyond it. So, I hope that his 2026 competition season turns out to be a great one.

For now, he looks extremely focused during his training sessions, as we can clearly see in his workout videos.

Ifbb Pro Bhuwan Chauhan Confirm His Next Show

So friends, our next update is coming from IFBB Pro Bhuwan Chauhan. So friends, by looking at him, it seems that he might also be preparing or planning for a competition, and it looks like he has decided to make his comeback in 2026.

Although he did make a comeback in 2025 as well last year, it seems that he was not satisfied with his results.

But now, he is going to prepare with full focus and compete again.

And Bhuwan Chauhan has also revealed which show he is going to compete in, and that is going to be the Delhi Pro Show.

He had competed in the Delhi Pro Show back in 2023, and at that time, he became the winner and even defeated Anik Ghosh.

So friends, after 3 years, he is going to make his comeback at the Delhi Pro Show. Now we can only imagine how the competition between Bhuwan Chauhan and Anik Ghosh will turn out.

Let’s see, friends, who Bhuwan Chauhan will be seen competing against this time.

Imran Khan Comeback

So friends, the next update is coming from Imran Khan, and there are rumors about his comeback.

A recent video can be seen on his Instagram page, and if you don’t know Imran Khan, in 2022 he represented India in multiple shows.

He even finished as a runner-up in the very first show held in India, so his starting career was quite impressive.

But after that, he disappeared for a while. Now, he can be seen training with another Indian pro athlete, Omer Bahamed.

Imran Khan is seen working out with him, and the rumors are that he is also planning a comeback.

By looking at his body, it seems that he might compete very soon. The last time Imran Khan competed was in the 2023 Dubai Pro Show.

In that show, his performance was decent, but his back lacked width and thickness.

Whether he has improved in that area or not is something we haven’t seen yet, as he hasn’t shared any proper physique updates so far.

However, back in 2022, the potential he showed, the way people were talking about him, and the results he delivered were very impressive.

He even qualified for Olympia in 2022 but couldn’t compete due to visa issues.

So friends, whatever announcement comes from Imran Khan, you will get to see it on our blog.

Ifbb Pro Chaitanya Prabhu Current Physique Update

So friends, our last update is coming from IFBB Pro Chaitanya Prabhu. Recently, we got to see a video on his Instagram page, and from that, it looks like he has started cutting down his weight.

He mentioned that he is currently at 121 kg. The last update he shared was around 2 weeks ago, and at that time, Chaitanya Prabhu was 127 kg. So, he has cut down almost 6 kg of weight.

This is going to be his current physique update, and at this point, his body is looking quite conditioned. There is also a noticeable change in his physique.

However, in this update, he has not shown his legs, which are considered one of the most important muscle groups in bodybuilding.

Friends, if you don’t know, I would like to tell you that he has changed his coach. Now he is training under a coach based in Dubai, but his mentor will still be his previous coach.

For now, friends, whatever updates he shares about which show he will compete in and when, you will get to see all of that in our upcoming blogs.

Conclusion

So friends, if we look at all these updates together, one thing is very clear—Indian bodybuilding is evolving at a very fast pace, and the level of competition is getting stronger day by day.

From experienced athletes like Narendra Yadav preparing for a potential return, to rising competition from athletes like Amit Agre, Bhuwan Chauhan.

And others—everybody seems locked in and focused on making a strong impact in the upcoming season.

At the same time, possible comeback stories like Imran Khan and the transformation updates from Chaitanya Prabhu make things even more exciting for fans.

It shows that the hunger to improve, compete, and prove themselves is still very much alive among Indian bodybuilders.

And as we move closer to the Delhi Pro Show, the biggest question remains—who will step on stage in their best form, and who will dominate the competition?

Because at the end of the day, bodybuilding is not just about preparation, but about who delivers the best package on the final day.

So friends, the upcoming season is going to be extremely interesting, and we will keep bringing you all the latest updates, physique progress, and competition news right here.
