2026 Mr India Winners, Nitin Chandila Comeback, Indian Rock Current Physique Update

Introduction

Friends, welcome to today’s new and exciting blog, where today we are going to talk about some of the latest and most important updates related to Indian bodybuilding.

In recent times, the bodybuilding scene has become very exciting whether it is the results of the 2026 Mr India competition or the comeback of top athletes and competitions happening at the international level.

In today’s blog, we will break down each update in detail so that you can get a clear idea of the direction in which Indian bodybuilding is heading.

2026 Mr India Winners

First of all, friends, I would like to start with the first update.

Recently, the 2026 Mr India competition has concluded, so let’s talk about the results that came out here. First, we will talk about the overall match, where athletes from every weight category compete.

All the gold medalists from their respective weight categories are called on stage and compared with each other.

Mostly, these things are conducted under the IBBF federation, and you won’t see this in the IFBB.

But interestingly, here a separate callout is conducted in Mr India, and in this separate callout, only 3 bodybuilders are called.

The ones called here are trunk no. 221, then Karthikeswar, who is placed in the middle, and then trunk no. 354. A battle for 1st and 3rd place is conducted between these three bodybuilders.

Now, if I talk about the front pose, the taper shown by Karthikeswar looks very impressive. And if we talk about quads, trunk no. 221 is showing very good quad separation, but overall, Karthikeswar looks better here.

After that, in the side chest pose, Karthikeswar’s chest looks very full and strong, whereas trunk no. 221 is showing very good conditioning.

However, because Karthikeswar’s chest looks more filled out and complete, he wins this pose.

When all three bodybuilders perform the back poses, it becomes clear that the real competition in the back is only between trunk no. 221 and Karthikeswar, because trunk no. 354’s hamstrings look completely washed out here, with no visible detail.

Now, if we talk about the back of trunk no. 221 and Karthikeswar, trunk no. 221 is showing amazing conditioning and separation in his back.

While Karthikeswar is not able to flex his back properly, and his back appears to be losing muscle. However, in terms of lower back, both bodybuilders look very good.

Then the next pose is abs & thigh. In this, it can be seen that trunk no. 221 has a weaker taper, whereas Karthikeswar’s taper looks very impressive because of his small waist and well-flared lats, so he wins this pose as well.

Finally, the winner who emerges after the overall comparison is none other than Karthikeswar. He won several poses in this comparison, so the winner of the 2026 edition of Mr India is Karthikeswar.

He has also won many competitions before, including the 2022 Mr India, along with several other shows overall.

So friends, this was the update about the winner of the 2026 Mr India.

Nitin Chandila Comeback Update

So friends, let’s move on to our next update, which is coming from Nitin Chandila, and he also competes in the IBBF federation.

So friends, after a long time, Nitin Chandila uploaded a video on his YouTube channel, and in that video, he mentioned that he is going to make a comeback.

Recently, he went to Mr India to give his trials and selection, and Nitin Chandila is planning to give trials for the Mr Asia and Mr World competitions.

So, he is planning to compete in both of these competitions, which are going to be held in the months of August and November.

Now, as you know, Nitin Chandila suffered an elbow injury in 2024, and since then, he has not been able to compete properly at his full potential, because injuries are a nightmare for every bodybuilder.

Now, it will be interesting to see whether Nitin Chandila heals his triceps and competes or goes for surgery. But as of now, he is planning to compete in August and November.

So friends, this was the update from Nitin Chandila’s side.

IFBB Pro Amit Agre Compete in Charlotte Pro Show

Now, friends, Amit Agre has reached the USA, and obviously, he has gone there to compete.

Amit agre is going to compete this weekend, and the show he will be competing in is called the Charlotte Pro Show, Which is going to take place in North Carolina.

The competitor list for this show has already been released, and Amit Agre’s name can be seen at the very top.

Jeremy Potvin will also be competing in this show, who has been dealing with cancer.

Most of the competition will be in the Masters division, but there will also be an open Men’s Physique competition, and Amit Agre will be competing in this open category.

Apart from that, most of the athletes in this show will be from the USA.

Now, if we talk about Amit Agre’s current physique, he has recently shared several updates on his Instagram page.

His abs are looking extremely impressive right now, and his abs and obliques appear very detailed in these updates.

His chest is also showing amazing fibers, and his overall conditioning looks very well defined.

Overall, Amit Agre is looking very impressive at the moment, and personally, I am very happy that he is finally going to compete.

His new coach is going to be Cutz, and he also mentioned his previous coach Krishna, saying that he is still in touch with him and they are on good terms.

However, his main coach for this prep is Cutz, under whose guidance he is preparing.

Amit Agre has gone into this show with a lot of hunger, because he had been trying for 2 years but couldn’t get a visa. Now that he finally has the opportunity, he will not let it go to waste.

So friends, this was the update from Amit Agre’s side.

IFBB Pro Deepak Nanda Current Physique Update

So friends, our next and final update is coming from IFBB Pro Deepak Nanda, whom you also know as the Indian Rock.

Friends, we are getting to see his current physique updates, and multiple physique updates can be seen on his Instagram page.

In those updates, Indian Rock is saying that his current body weight is between 107 to 108 kg.

He is currently training under the guidance of coach Murtuza Rashid. As I mentioned, he has recently shared many physique updates.

Now, I don’t know whether he is in prep or in his off-season, but he is looking much bigger than his previous version.

He can be seen doing his chest workout, where he is performing a 180 kg bench press.

Currently, he is also showing his arm size without flexing, his arms measure around 20 inches, and when he flexes, his arm size goes between 22 to 23 inches, so his arms are looking quite big.

Now, the question is, although Indian Rock is looking bigger, in his previous show, the judges pointed out his weak points, which are his glutes, hamstrings, and quads.

Although in recent years he has added size and improved his legs, which is required at the international level is even more size and better separation.

So he definitely needs to improve his legs, and this is exactly what the judges are expecting from him.

In his last competition, the Mumbai Pro Show, he placed outside the top 5. Now it will be interesting to see how much more he can improve.

So friends, this was the update from IFBB Pro Deepak Nanda’s side.

Conclusion

So friends, these were some of the biggest and most important updates from the Indian bodybuilding world today.

Where on one side new champions are emerging, and on the other side experienced athletes are preparing for their comeback and aiming to make their mark at the international level.

The coming months are going to be very crucial for Indian bodybuilding, as it will be exciting to see how Indian athletes perform in competitions like Mr Asia, Mr World, and other international pro shows.
